Challenge
The operator needed customers to book and pay for detailing appointments from a mini-program, while staff needed a back office that could manage multiple tenants — locations or operators — from a single system.
Approach
A uni-app client handles customer-facing booking, service browsing and product purchase; a Spring Boot 3 + MySQL + Redis backend runs a multi-tenant admin console for appointments, services and product sales, with media stored on AWS OSS.
