Covered issues

Coverage applies to reproducible defects in the delivered scope. Support may request logs, steps, and environment details needed to reproduce the issue.

Not covered

  • New features or changed requirements
  • Changes made by the customer or another provider
  • Third-party outages, pricing, or breaking changes
  • Unsupported environments or misuse

Resolution and reopening

An accepted issue moves through review, work, resolution, and closure. The same defect may be reopened while the after-sales period remains active. Work requested after expiry or outside scope requires a quote.
