Before work starts
A payment may be refundable when work has not started and no non-refundable third-party cost has been incurred. Any deduction is explained with the refund decision.
Work already performed
Completed work, reserved delivery time, and committed third-party costs are not automatically refundable. If an engagement ends early, the delivered value and remaining prepaid amount are reviewed against the accepted quote.
Defects and scope disputes
Report a suspected defect through support during the after-sales period. Work outside the accepted scope or revision limit is handled through a new quote rather than a refund.
Processing
Approved refunds are recorded against the original payment. Provider processing times and fees may apply. A refund never exceeds the amount actually received.
