A submitted inquiry is a request for review, not a contract. Work begins only after the customer accepts a written quote and completes any required deposit.
Scope and customer responsibilities
The accepted quote defines deliverables, exclusions, timing, revisions, payment schedule, and after-sales coverage. The customer must provide lawful access, accurate information, timely decisions, and any third-party accounts or fees stated in the quote.
Delivery and acceptance
Delivery is reviewed through the customer centre. Requests within the quoted revision limit return to delivery. Additional scope requires a new quote. Acceptance starts the stated after-sales period.
Limitations
Outcomes that depend on third-party providers, changing platforms, customer systems, model behavior, traffic, or market results cannot be guaranteed unless the accepted quote states otherwise.
Lawful use
The service may refuse work involving unlawful access, abuse, deception, unsafe content, or infringement. Customers remain responsible for the legality of their application and data.
